  1. How long before my parcel is delivered?


    We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 days of receiving an order

    Deliveries usually take 1-2 days to the UK, 2-4 days to Europe, 3-10 days to the rest of the world

    If your items need to be delivered more urgently, please contact us. For International orders, please email us and we will dispatch your items as a priority or arrange a courier/express delivery.

  2. What are the shipping charges?


    Shipping and handling charges in Pounds Sterling are as follows:

    1-2 items: UK 3.90 - Europe 7.50 - World 10

    3-4 items: UK 5.50 - Europe 8.50 - World 12

    5 items or more: UK 7 - Europe 10 - World 14

  3. Can the purchased items be delivered directly to the person of my choice?


    Yes, and this is ideal for gifts and newborn gifts.

    Simply fill the address of the intended recipient in the checkout area as "shipping address"

    The invoice will not be sent with the parcel, but shipped separately to your primary address.

  4. How can I return/exchange the items I have ordered?


    You can return/exchange items up to 7 days after receiving them.

    Please send the returned items unworn, in perfect condition, with the original labels and your order number to Orfeo, 3 Northfield House, 142 Northcote Road, London SW11 6RD, United Kingdom. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to orfeo at your own cost. If returning goods for abroad please specify "Returned Goods" for custom purposes, as we will not be responsible for duty (unduly)incurred. Return postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty

    After inspection of the goods, we will refund to your credit card. This will take a few days to appear on your account.

    If you wish to exchange some of the items received, please send an email to info@orfeodesign.com specifying the items you wish to return and the items you wish to exchange them for, indicating sizes and colours. We will automatically debit or credit your credit card of the difference in pricing.

  5. What are my options for gift wrapping?


    We provide free gift wrapping and personal message. Please specify that your order is a gift and add your personal message in the COMMENTS section at check-out. A luxury giftbox and handprinted cards are also available in the CARDS AND WRAP section

    The payment process is delivered by Sagepay, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK, and is fully approved by all the major acquiring banks. They have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
