You can return/exchange items up to 7 days after receiving them.
Please send the returned items unworn, in perfect condition, with the original labels and your order number to:

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery (or obtain proof of postage) as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Goods are returned at your own cost.
If returning goods from a non-EU country, please specify "Returned Goods" for custom purposes. Failing this, duties may be incurred, and your parcel returned to you.
After inspection of the items, we will refund your account. This may take a few days to appear on your statement.
If you wish to exchange some of the items received, please send an email to email@example.com specifying the items you wish to return and the items you wish to exchange them for, indicating sizes and colours. We will automatically debit or credit your account of the difference in pricing.
